Thank you for shopping at Magical Party Kit. All of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly via email. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because all items sold on magicalpartykit.com are digital products that are delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once your order is completed and the digital files are sent to your email, you will have immediate access to the product—therefore we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Printables

  • Party kits

  • Templates

  • Digital downloads

  • Instant-delivery files

  • Any other electronically delivered product

2. Incorrect Email Address

If the digital files were not received due to an incorrect email address being provided at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can resend your order to the correct email address, but this does not qualify for a refund.

3. Download Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Did not receive your email

  • Download link is not working

  • File appears corrupted or won’t open

Please reach out to us and we will happily assist. We will re-send your files or provide alternative access where possible.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital item more than once, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will verify the duplicate order and may offer a refund for the duplicated transaction only.

5. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your payment method, please contact us immediately.
We may request additional information to verify the claim. For verified unauthorized purchases, we will follow the appropriate steps as required by applicable laws and payment processors.

6. Technical Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device and software are compatible with the digital products before purchasing.
We cannot issue refunds due to:

  • Software incompatibility

  • Personal device limitations

  • Failure to download or use the file correctly

  • Change of mind after purchase
